Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on the delivery location and total order value. Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout for orders 20 JOD and above.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our delivery service is currently available only within Jordan.

📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package

🚫 Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind or no longer want the item without any defect or issue, we’re unable to offer a return or refund. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
💳 Orders Paid Online
For eligible returns:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- If the product was damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will cover the return shipping.
