📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To start a return, contact us at support@kinzbox.net. Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

❗ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind or no longer want the item without any defect or issue, we’re unable to offer a return or refund. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

💳 Orders Paid Online

For eligible returns:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days pass without a refund, contact us at support@kinzbox.net.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • If the product was damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will cover the return shipping.

🔄 Exchanges

If you need a different item:

  • Please initiate a return (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order separately.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 24 hours at support@kinzbox.net with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items (e.g., screen protectors, cables, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
